The city-based Alliance Group has drawn up plans to strengthen its presence across southern India in FY23 by unveiling 25 million square feet of new projects with an investment of ₹8,615 crore.
The projects cover 10 million square feet in Bengaluru and 7.5 million square feet each in Chennai and Hyderabad and involve investments of ₹3,575 crore, ₹2,350 crore and ₹,2,690 crore respectively. To date, the company has delivered more than 7,500 homes and has 54 million square feet. under development, Alliance Group said in a statement.
During FY22 the Company had realized sales proceeds of ₹2,290 crore and sold 3,686 homes.
“We are very pleased to once again close this financial year on a positive note. FY22 was a remarkable year in our journey. Despite the COVID pandemic, we have been able to achieve many important milestones in the industry,” said CMD Manoj Namburu.
