Renault India has announced the opening of 300 booking centers across India in partnership with CSC Grameen e-Stores, a subsidiary of CSC e-Governance Services India Ltd. (CSC-SPV), announced.
Through this initiative , Renault India and CSC Grameen aim to improve accessibility in remote regions and offer rural customers the opportunity to book a Renault car near them easily and conveniently, the automaker said in a statement.
These booking centers would also serve as customer information centers, providing all the information about the product, its features, price ranges, financing models and offers at the time. To enable smooth rural e-commerce, the booking centers would be staffed with highly skilled village-level entrepreneurs (VLEs) to take care of all financial and product-related issues, enabling sales to end customers in rural areas under one roof.
