Luxury automaker Lexus India on Monday announced the opening of its first Guest Experience Center (GEC) at the Ambattur Industrial Estate here, the sixth of its kind in the country. Lexus will soon expand its GEC network in Kochi. Also, the company plans to open a brand experience center in Gurgaon, a Go to Home Lexus lounge in Kerala and a Lexus experience center on the virtual platform to get closer to guests, the company said in a statement.
“We are very excited to bring Lexus closer to our discerning guests in this region, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and delivering amazing experiences throughout the Lexus ownership journey,” said Lankalingam, MD, Lexus GEC, Chennai .
Lexus India offers a full range of eco-friendly hybrid electric vehicles including LC 500h, LS 500h, RX 450hL, NX 350h and ES 300h.
