TS Kalyanaraman will continue as Managing Director
Kalyan Jewelers India Ltd has announced the Board’s approval of the appointment of Vinod Rai as Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director on the Company’s Board of Directors.
The appointment is subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory and shareholder approvals.
TS Kalyanaraman will remain Managing Director on the Board.
Mr. Rai was the former Comptroller and Auditor General of India and the former Chair of the United Nations Panel of External Auditors.
