Cricket fans on social media got emotional on Thursday after MS Dhoni decided to hand over the captaincy of the Chennai Super Kings to Ravindra Jadeja two days before IPL 2022.
“MS Dhoni has decided to cede leadership of Chennai Super Kings and selected Ravindra Jadeja to lead the team. Jadeja, who has been an integral part of Chennai Super Kings since 2012, will become only the third player to lead CSK. Dhoni will will continue to represent Chennai Super Kings this season and beyond,” CSK stated.
