Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd. uses the investment to expand its existing production facility in Belagavi in northern Karnataka
Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd. (DCBL) is expanding its existing Belagavi manufacturing facility in North Karnataka with an investment of ₹300 crore. The company expects the investment to create up to 700 new jobs by March 2024.
“We plan to invest £200-300m in production expansion over the next two years to improve production capabilities and renew our energy commitment by planning a 9MW solar power plant to cut electricity consumption in half to reduce,” said Sunil Aggarwal, Regional Director, South, DCBL.
