Cygnet Infotech Private Ltd., a technology products and services company serving customers across India, North America, Europe, West Asia and Africa, announced that it has acquired a majority stake in Glib.ai, a start-up company the company helps mileage automation by providing document analytics for an unspecified amount.
Niraj Hutheesing, Founder and Director, said: “With this majority stake acquisition, we will be able to leverage Glib’s high-tech OCR reading capabilities for analyzing bank statements, financial statements and invoices and combine them with our tax technology and fintech Combine solutions to provide the most advanced solutions to our global BFSI and other enterprise customers.”
