Wipro announced Monday it has acquired Convergence Acceleration Solutions (CAS Group), a US-based consulting and program management firm, in a $50 million cash deal.
CAS, which specializes in driving large-scale business and technology transformations for Fortune 100 communications service providers, reported calendar year 2021 revenues of $28 million and employs 145 people.
Wipro said in a regulatory filing that the transaction would close before April 12, 2022.
