Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd. has announced that its IPO will open on May 10 with a price range of ₹595 to ₹630 per common share with a par value of ₹5.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 23 shares and thereafter in multiples of 23. The offer for sale includes up to 8,549,340 shares, including up to 8,281,340 shares in Wagner Ltd. and up to 2,68,000 shares held by Shirish Patel (the Selling Shareholders).
