Ore prices rose

The company has since increased iron ore prices by £100 per tonne. Effective April 1, the price for a ton of lump ore is ₹6,100. The same amount of fine ore costs ₹5,160 per ton.

This is the fourth upward revision the company has made since January. On December 28, it had set the price per ton for Lump Ore at ₹4,900 and for Fines at ₹4,060. Effective January 30, the prices were increased by ₹300 and ₹200 respectively.

On February 25, the price per tonne for lump ore was revised to ₹5,600 while that for fines was fixed at ₹4,560. On March 8, the prices for the same quantity were increased to ₹6,000 and ₹4,960 respectively.
