G. Venkataramanan joined the insurance company in 1989 as a direct recruiting officer
G. Venkataramanan has assumed leadership of the LIC Southern Zone, which includes Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry Union Territory, effective immediately.
He joined LIC in 1989 as Direct Recruitment Officer. Prior to his appointment as zone chair (responsible officer), he was the regional (marketing) manager for the southern zone.
Previously, he held positions as Regional Manager (CRM), South Zone, Secretary (Marketing), Headquarters and Senior Division Manager of Kozhikode and Chennai I Divisions. He also had an overseas stint in LIC Fiji Branch as Manager (admin)
