Fresh animal protein platform Licious raised US$150 million in a new capital raise led by Singapore-based Amansa Capital along with Kotak PE & Axis Growth Avenues AIF – I.
The round was also attended by existing investors and business angels, including Zerodha’s Nithin and Nikhil Kamath, BoAt’s Aman Gupta and Haresh Chawla, Partner, True North.
Funds raised through Series F2 would be used to invest in technological interventions that would support category development and improve overall customer experience, the company said.
The company said it will also invest in strategic acquisitions, expanding and deepening its reach.
