Kia India has announced its entry into the Indian electric vehicle market with the limited-run EV6.
Kia’s first BEV, EV6, was first unveiled globally in March 2021. It is based on the company’s E-GMP dedicated EV platform and is geared towards offering premium mobility solutions to its customers, Kia India said in a statement.
Bookings begin on May 26, followed by the launch shortly thereafter.
With this vehicle, the company wants to reach every potential premium automobile customer. The EV6 recently won the prestigious European Car of the Year 2022 award.
