Funskool acquires rights to manufacture Goliath’s board game “Sequence” in India

Leading toy manufacturer and MRF group company Funskool India Ltd. has acquired the exclusive rights to manufacture and market its board game “Sequence” in India from the international brand Goliath.

“Funskool India always aims to bring the best in toys and games to its customers and this association with Goliath is another step in that direction,” said R. Jeswant, CEO of Funskool.

“We are delighted to have started our collaboration with Funskool in the Indian market,” said Jorge Aguila-Collantes, General Manager ROW, Goliath Group. “We truly believe that this move will allow the Sequence brand to grow and become one of the leading board game brands in the Indian market, as is the case in many markets around the world.”

Developed by Doug Reuter in 1981, Sequence is a combination of a board game and a card game. Sequence can be played by 2 to 12 players. The game aims to build strategy, planning, sportsmanship and team play while providing quality entertainment.
