Toyota Kirloskar will increase prices by up to 4% from April

Automaker Toyota Kirloskar Motor said on Saturday it would raise prices across its model range by up to 4% from April 1 to offset the impact of rising input costs.

The company, which sells models like the Fortuner and Innova Crysta, noted that prices have been raised due to rising input costs, including raw materials.

As a dedicated and customer-centric company, TKM has made every conscious effort to minimize the impact of rising costs on consumers, the company said in a statement.

On March 25, BMW India announced it would increase product prices by up to 3.5% starting next month.

In addition, other luxury car manufacturers such as Audi and Mercedes-Benz also plan to increase prices from April 1st.
