Indian legend Kapil Dev heaped praise on Ravindra Jadeja after the star all-rounder’s impressive performance in a mighty win over Sri Lanka in the 1st Test of the two-match series in Mohali. Kapil praised the star all-rounder and explained why he loves Jadeja’s game among the younger cricketers of modern times.
Notably, Jadeja returned to first place in the ICC All-Around Test Rankings after his historic all-around performance in India’s massive win over Sri Lanka in the first of a 2-Test series at Mohali.
Ravindra Jadeja hit 175 not outs in India’s first innings, his highest Test score as he broke Kapil Dev’s record for most runs scored in Tests ranked 7th for India. He returned to take 9 wickets, including a 5-wicket pull in the first innings as India won by one innings and 222 carries at Mohali.
