Hatsun Agro Products Ltd. said Saturday its board will meet March 9 to consider a proposal to sell assets of the company’s finished products business.
In a regulatory filing, the company said its board of directors will meet on March 9 to review and approve the proposal to sell assets of its RTE (ready to eat) business and its “Oyalo” brand to the prospective buyer at a for that Company and the buyer mutually agreeable price.
The board will decide on the terms of the agreement to be entered into and the treatment of the sale transaction, he added.
